With a production capacity of 80 million bottles per annum, SPL is the largest HDPE bottle manufacturing facility in the UAE, equipped with environmentally controlled facility that spreads over an area of 200,000ft2.
In order to achieve our formula of excellence, e=qc², SPL opted for a range of fully automated, Co-extrusion Multilayer high speed blow molding machines from “Techne Graham, Italy”. For premium printing quality SPL selected “machines DUBUIT” France, who are pioneers in UV printing technology, equipped with fully automatic 6 color printing line for various sizes upto 25 liters and shapes.
